The 43-acre project announced 11 initial restaurants and retailers in what Toro Development Company is envisioning as a “Third Place for the Johns Creek community to do life together,” according to a press release.

Todd Broaderick, President of the parent company Georgia Franchise Group, is bringing Knuckies Hoagies to Medley. Broaderick was not immediately available for comment, so it is unclear at the moment whether this location will be corporate or franchise owned.

However, the upcoming suburban location will become the sixth Knuckies in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Medley has not yet announced a prospective opening date for the development project.

The upcoming development in Johns Creek will offer the same food concepts and ensure customers have the same excellent experience as its other Georgia locations.

“At Knuckies Hoagies, it is our mission to bring guests the freshest and tastiest hoagies you will find anywhere,” a statement on the restaurant’s website noted. “Whether you choose our famous white or wheat roll, our Hoagie Artists work hard in the kitchen to provide innovative & delicious hoagies, using premium meats, cheeses, and produce to provide every guest with a unique hoagie experience.”

In addition to hand-crafted sandwiches, Knuckies offers salads with an array of toppings, dressing choices, and desserts for patrons to enjoy after their meal.
