Cellmate accused in killing being held in another location

Police are investigating the death of a Jessup Correctional Institution inmate as a homicide.Nicholas Joseph Delfosse, 27, an inmate serving time for burglary, died at the prison, the Maryland State Police said.Investigators said a suspect, who was the inmate's cellmate, was taken to another location within the Division of Correction. The suspect was not identified, as charges have not yet been filed.Crime scene technicians processed the cell for evidence. A cause of death was not immediately released, and investigators are awaiting autopsy results to determine cause and manner of death.
