1h agoA mother of four children was killed in a Jersey City crash when her car overturned Sunday, officials say.
Authorities have identified the victim as 36-year-old Desiree Milow.
Six vehicles were damaged in the collision on Garfield Avenue, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
Five other people were injured and taken to Jersey City Medical Center.
The preliminary investigation found that Milow's Chevy Tahoe collided with multiple vehicles along Garfield Avenue between Danforth Avenue and Wegman Parkway before coming to a final stop.
There is an active investigation as to what led to crash. It is unknown if Milow was being chased.
A GoFundMe has been set up for the Milow family to pay for funeral expenses and the victim's children.
