Alleged drug traffickers appear in district court
A probation home check brought drug trafficking charges for two individuals, who were set to appear in Fifth Judicial Court yesterday (Tuesday). Brittni Nicole Morse, 34, of Dillon, and Robert Troglia, 52, of Twin Falls, Idaho, were arrested following a probation home check at Morse’s home on Feb. 28. Both are charged with felony counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Morse is also charged with felony criminal distribution of dangerous drugs. Troglia is additionally charged with felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of burglary tools.
