Another community event is happening tomorrow in Jefferson.

Jefferson Matters is hosting another Java and Juice program at Warm Wishes in the downtown area on Friday at 9:30am. Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich invites everyone to the locally-owned store with Kristin Lang as Warm Wishes offers different kinds of greeting cards, paper products, magnets, stamps and even Jefferson-specific items. He talks about his favorite part of the corner store on Chestnut and State Streets.

“But the really cool thing is to that all of the cards and whatnot that she gets over there are from independent artists. These are people, this is their business. So this isn’t an Amazon, or Target, or Best Buy thing, this is supporting small businesses and then our own small business here in Jefferson with Warm Wishes.”  

Each Java and Juice starts at 9:30am with community updates and then the host business provides updates and any new personnel or staff members that have been hired. These programs are free and open to the public.
