A movie being filmed in Jackson is officially in production.
"The Movers," a supernatural thriller, was being shot Wednesday.
The star-studded cast includes Jena Malone, Terrence Howard and Tom Everett. Giorgio Serafini is directing the film. He said Jackson is the perfect location to bring the movie to life.
"We looked at a lot of different locations; this was just perfect," Serafini said.
Howard said he’s not worried about the heat, but he is worried about something else
"There's a video on my Instagram right now about me being down here, where I got attacked by some giant 6-inch cockroaches that got no business flying," Howard said. "I can deal with the heat, but it’s just the giant roaches — that’s a monster."
Christopher Lloyd, known for his role in "Back to the Future," is also starring in the film, along with Grant Feely.
