Woman Arrested for Defrauding Flood Relief Organizations in Kanawha County, West Virginia
A woman from Sissonville, West Virginia, identified as Brittany Hackney, has been arrested in Jackson County for defrauding organizations that were assisting residents affected by the flooding in eastern Kanawha County. The arrest was made by deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, and Hackney was then arraigned in Jackson County.
