Marlon Wayans sheds light on Diddy's parties, denies witnessing alleged misconduct

Comedian Marlon Wayans got candid with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay about the high-profile parties thrown by Sean "Diddy" Combs .

In the chat, Shannon probed the White Chicks actor on the notorious "Hollywood freak parties," to which Marlon confessed he often left early.

He admitted to showing up at Diddy's infamous throwdowns but clarified that he never personally saw any of the supposed debauchery previous party-goers have described going down at the music titan's events, at least not at the ones he attended.

"I've been to plenty Diddy parties. I left early," Marlon declared to Shannon.

In the midst of their talk, Marlon touched on the persistent buzz around shady doings at Diddy's dos. "Those aren't the type of parties that I go to. I don't frequent those type of parties and even if I go, like I said I've never seen any of this."

He held fast to his claim, humorously noting that when he caught wind of what allegedly transpired at Diddys event he was baffled about its timing since he didnt witness such things himself.

"When I hear about it, 'When did that happen? At what time did this go down? 'Cause I was there till 3:30 [AM]. You mean at 3:32 they waiting for me to leave like, 'Alright, good. Wayans gone. He talk too much,'" Marlon quipped.

Reports suggest that Diddy might possess tapes with incriminating evidence of celebs who partied at his events, amid ongoing claims against him. After the rap mogul faced several accusations including sexual assault suits, kicked off by his ex-girlfriend Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura in November 2023, things intensified.

Although Diddy initially dismissed all allegations, he was later compelled to confront his actions after a video emerged showing him assaulting singer Cassie in a hotel room. He subsequently issued an apology video.

Concerning other charges, he remains adamant in his denials.

In his apologetic remarks, he admitted: "It's so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f--ked up - I hit rock bottom - but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.

"I was disgusted then when I did it. I'm disgusted now. I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I'm so sorry. But I'm committed to be a better man each and every day. I'm not asking for forgiveness. I'm truly sorry."
