Prince Harry has shared a poignant video expressing his thoughts about "healing and saving lives", this coming shortly after he was seen at a high-profile event with his brother Prince William. The clip, which throws light on the upcoming 2025 Invictus Games set to take place in Vancouver, Canada, was posted prior to the contest.

As his 40th birthday approaches next Saturday, the Duke of Sussex delivered an earnest message through the video posted on @InvictusGames25's X social media account. In the video, Prince Harry remarked: "Sport has the ability to heal, to change lives and to save lives."

He then added: "For so many of these competitors, getting to the start line has been one of the hardest moments of their life," reports the Express . Continuing, Prince Harry observed: "But at the Games, their lives are changed. Watching these magical moments happen, and sport being the facilitator of that, is very, very special for all of us to witness."

This emotional post comes after Harry made headlines for possibly reuniting with his brother Prince William at their uncle Lord Robert Fellowes' private service, amidst long-speculated sibling tensions. Since founding the Invictus Games in 2014, Harry has remained dedicated to this cause, celebrating the endeavor and spirit of injured veterans and military personnel.

Fans have warmly received the message from Prince Harry, showing their support for him and the Invictus Games. One person commented: "Inspiring stories, inspiring people, inspiring music, #InvictusGames is a truly life-changing experience for all, with Prince Harry at the helm, there is no wonder it goes from strength to strength, his commitment to fellow veterans is sincere and heartwarming."

Another added: "Wow... we are looking forward to seeing the athletes in action!!" "Wow! Such a powerful video! " chimed in another.

In other news, it's been suggested that Prince Harry is set to let loose next week at his upcoming birthday party. Expert sources have indicated that the prince is planning a massive birthday bash in California to mark his 40th on September 15, with his wife Meghan Markle, 43, and their two children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, at the heart of the celebrations.

A host of the couple's celebrity friends are expected to attend, but insiders have said it's highly unlikely anyone from the Royal Family will make the trip across the Atlantic to join in.
