Indianola High School Special Olympics athletes competed at the state meet in Ames over the weekend. All of the athletes placed in their age division, which included:

Becca Berkley: 1st in Walk With Me
Kayla Barth: 1st in Walk With Me
Brayedin Thompson: 1st in Tennis Ball Throw
Dean Davis: 4th in 50 M dash and 2nd in Mini Javelin

Athletes competed in the Special Olympics Iowa West Central Spring Games at Indianola High School earlier this spring.
