CLAY COUNTY — A man in one vehicle and a teen in another were seriously injured Monday, June 5, in a three-vehicle accident on Missouri Highway 210.

According to a highway patrol crash report, the wreck occurred around 5:30 a.m. east of Missouri Highway EE on Highway 210 when an eastbound 2015 Chevy Impala driven by Michael W. Fischer, 48, of Independence, crossed the center line and struck a westbound 2000 Ford F-250 truck driven by Travis R. Anderson, 26, of Henrietta. The Impala then struck a 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 truck driven westbound by Jesse W. Rice, 46, of Richmond. The impact, according to the highway patrol, then caused the Ram to rollover.
