CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) —
A Cabell County man was charged after a homeowner said he entered his home while his family was present, court records said.

Anthony B. Hensley, 53, of Barboursville is charged with burglary, according to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
Hensley is accused of entering a home in the 300 block of 12th Avenue in Huntington while the homeowner and his two children were at home, the complaint said.
The homeowner told police Hensley was in the home for about 45 minutes while he and his family were there.

Police found Hensley on the third floor of the home during a search of the residence.
