That same “split second decision” would throw any one of us in prison. Due to it not being “justifiable force”, if anything if this happened in a state where a fetus IS considered a life. I can see why he could be charged for murder of the baby, since the baby didn’t have anything to do with the shop lifting if that’s what they charge him with
