SHEBOYGAN — A Venezuelan restaurant will open in the former Nicky’s Pizza building, 1735 Calumet Drive, April 26. Arepa House will open at 10 a.m., offering traditional cuisine like arepas (maize flour dough that can be stuffed with different fillings and then baked, grilled or fried), patacones (flattened and fried slices of plantain), and cachapas (resembling pancakes, they are made with maize flour dough and stuffed).
