BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College men's basketball program would like to announce the commitment of sophomore Sean Fry to North American University located in Houston, Texas.
Fry will continue his collegiate athletic career on the basketball team for the Stallions under the direction of head coach Bryan Doze Jr. North American Univeristy is an NAIA school.
Sean leaves BC having made All-Conference Honorable Mention during his Sophomore season. Sean earned a 3.16 GPA during his two years at Bakersfield College and is the 72nd Renegade to move since Coach Chávez joined the Renegades in 2005
Bakersfield College Athletics is excited to watch Sean Fry continue to be an excellent student-athlete. "Coach Glover and I would like to congratulate Sean on his signing with North American University. It was very important for Sean to return to the state of Texas, and we are very excited for him to have this wonderful opportunity. Coach Bryan Doze is getting a high-level young man and a big-time player. We wish Sean success on the basketball floor, but most importantly the classroom," said head coach Aaron Chavez.
