Mocs Jake Stephens Invited to Final Four All Star Festivities

(gomocs.com) HOUSTON, Texas — Chattanooga Mocs men’s basketball standout big man Jake Stephens has been selected to participate in both the 2023 NABC – Reese’s Division I College All-Star Game and the 2023 State Farm College Team Skills and 3X3U Championships during the upcoming Final Four weekend in Houston, Texas. The State Farm College Team Skills and 3X3U Championships at the Bayou Music Center in downtown Houston will take place at 7:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 29. The event will air on ESPN2 on Sunday, April 2 at 10 p.m. ET. The 2023 NABC – Reese’s Division I College All-Star Game will take place on Friday, March 31 at 4:30 p.m. ET at NRG Stadium in Houston as part of Reese’s Final Four Friday. The game will broadcast LIVE on CBS Sports Network. Admission is free to the game.Stephens had a remarkable campaign in his final collegiate season this year despite missing the last 11 games of the regular season due to injury. His gutsy return to the Southern Conference Tournament provided the Mocs with historic play and a four-game run for the ages. Stephens finished the season averaging 22.0 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.2 blocks per game while becoming the 26th Moc in program history to score 500 or more points in a single season (527).
