You could be the proud owner of one of Chevrolet’s rarest Camaros.

The 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is one of the most iconic American automobiles to ever hit the pony car market. Built to compete with the Mustang, the Camaro was probably the only vehicle, other than the Firebird, that properly played the first Pony Cars game better than Ford. This is incredibly well represented by models like the l89. what's that? oh, you've never heard of it? That's probably because only 311 of these cars were ever produced, and now you could be the owner of one. First, you might like to know a little bit more about this car, and trust me you won't be disappointed.

On the outside, you'll find a stunning fathom green with a black interior contrasting its color. The white racing stripes are a feature many models passed the first gen have tried to recreate, and all seem to have failed. It also came with a rear spoiler in front air dam to make all of that performance design come together quite nicely. Indeed, you might confuse this for a borderline race car had you been walking around in the 1960s and seen it drive by. However, this vehicle is certainly not only about its looks, one look under the hood should tell you that much.

Powering the rear wheels is the 396 cubic inch V8 engine, a motor that was very well known for making a ton of power and torque reliably. In total, about 375 horsepower flows through this V8 engine which is made possible by such features as the aluminum cylinder heads. From there, power is transferred through the four-speed M22 manual transmission before finally ending up at the 4.10 ratio positraction. in case you haven't realized, this car likes to go fast which is exactly why Chevy used bucket seats with a headrest to keep the driver feeling nice and secure as they bow down the road at God knows how fast. Truly, this was one of the fastest Camaro options of its time which is exactly why it's going to take a great driver to push its limits.
