Target Area: Dodge; Fillmore; Houston; Mower; Olmsted; Wabasha; Winona. Scattered bursts of snow are expected to impact Southeast Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and Northeast Iowa this afternoon. These showers may cause reduced visibility of around 1 mile or less, coupled with strong winds of 30 to 40 mph. As a result, roads may become snow-covered and visibility may change rapidly. Additionally, temperatures will be dropping, increasing the likelihood of slick spots. It is advised to drive cautiously, slow down, and allocate extra time for travel.
