The community is voicing strong and varied opinions on the recent arrest of Hot Spring County Sheriff, Scott Finkbeiner, and the allegations brought forth against him. Finkbeiner was taken into custody by federal authorities on Nov. 2 and charged with one count of obstruction of justice. He was held at the Saline County Detention Center until Judge Mark E.
