Several Hopkinsville roadways will have milling and paving work underway on them Thursday.
According to a news release from the City of Hopkinsville, milling and paving work will take place on Par Place, Fairway Court, a portion of Jerry Claiborne Way and Simpson Lane. Residents and business owners who park on the street are asked to move their vehicles to make room for heavy equipment.
Then on Monday, contractors of U.S. Tobacco-Altria will start work on an additional entrance unto U.S. 41/North Main Street, on the east side of the intersection with Sanderson Drive. Single lane closures are expected with the work zone.
Operations will run until complete, weather permitting.
