Frederick Burton Charged With Possession of Fentanyl With Intent To Deliver

On May 31st, 2023, at approximately 7:50am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested

Frederick Burton, 56, of Hope, AR. Mr. Burton was arrested in the 300 block of West 16thStreet

and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Fentanyl) near

Certain Facilities. Mr. Burton was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a

first court appearance
