What’s going on with pilots is the same thing that’s going on all over our USA. No-ones trained properly. I worked in law enforcement for 26 years. Same there. And here’s what it is,,, rookies breaking in rookies. Instead of putting good people in charge they pick the butt kissers and ones in the know if you understand what I mean. For instance a person in the field for 5-7 years shouldn’t be breaking anyone in except for the basics. Let the employees who been there 15-20 years who have flew those planes manually cause it’s something they can’t do anymore god forbid. These newbies automatic pilot at 2,000 feet the guidelined altitude where they can turn it on. Fly that plane. Get use to it in case one day u have too. At least up to 10,000-15,000 feet.
