Man in critical condition following overnight attempted murder

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Emergency Medical Services responded to an overnight call where two patients had fallen victim to gun shot wounds leaving one in critical condition.

According to EMS at about 5 a.m., two victims needed advanced life saving treatment due to the shooting.

The first victim is a male in his 30s who was transported to the hospital in critical condition after having suffered central wounds, presumably from the gunshots.

The second victim is a female, also in her 30s, who was transported in serious condition after having suffered a wound to her extremity, like an arm leg, hand or foot.

Police are investigating this case as an attempted murder.
