Infinity Gardens Apartments Proposed for 14505 Southwest 260th Street, Homestead, Florida

Developers have proposed Infinity Gardens Apartments, a 773-unit apartment complex south of Miami-Dade County. The mixed-use venture would require more than 50,000 square feet of new construction, along with anywhere from 7,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet of retail.

The Real Deal lists BSB Global Enterprises as the developer. An affiliate purchased the 13.8-acre build site for $9.4 million in October 2022. About eight acres of that parcel is currently designated for agricultural use.

Brandon Shpirt, who leads BSB Global Enterprises, wants to rezone the area from “agricultural” to “Urban Development Boundary Planned Area Development.” This will allow it to comply with Miami-Dade County’s regulations.

Recent renderings from Google Earth show that the future build site is largely undeveloped. Conceptual renderings from Caymares Martin A&E Design show that the 773 apartments will be spread across multiple buildings.

Right now, the proposed build site is mostly agricultural space.

Communal amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, and exterior courtyards. It’s unclear what retail or commercial ventures could call Infinity Gardens Apartments homes. The venture’s proposed address is 14505 Southwest 260th Street, Homestead, Florida, 33032, in Miami-Dade County.

The community would be north of the Ronald Regan Turnpike and just outside the Naranja neighborhood.
