According to the hospital 1 person remains in the hospital.

Police previously arrested two other suspects in the immediate aftermath of the shooting on weapons charges.

They were identified as Keshawn Paul Stewart and Morgan Deslouches, both 18.

People who work on the Broadwalk say they're relieved. "I guess it makes everyone feel better, more relieved," said Keith Arvay. "This is actually one of the safest places you can be in South Florida. That was an anomaly that something bad happened," he said.

Resident Sandy Boucher is still shaken. "This is a safe beach. It's families, it's children, I never was afraid. I could walk at 6 in the morning, 10 at night and feel safe. and now I question that," she said.

It will be up to the state attorney if minors in this case will be charged as adults.
