Hinsdale
Theft
An unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from a victim’s car in the Hinsdale Hospital parking garage sometime between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. May 13. The theft was reported on May 16.
DUI
Jose Soto, 31, of the 3100 block of Armitage Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged with driving under the influence, at 11:10 p.m. May 17.
Criminal damage to property
Police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Chicago Avenue for a noise complaint, at 9 p.m. May 20, where they reported damage to fences in two yards.
