A soil investigation will take place at the Four Mile Creek Bridge near the Haihai Street and Kīlauea Avenue intersection in Hilo on March 22 and 23 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Flaggers will be present to control traffic flow while crossing the bridge. The road will remain open in both directions during investigative hours. However, traffic delays are expected, said the Hawaiʻi County Department of Public Works.
