A detached garage on Camplain Road caught on fire during the early morning hours of Nov. 26, according to the Hillsborough Township Police Department. Police responded with fire companies to 2211 Camplain Road for the report of an active structure fire at 12:25 a.m. Upon arrival, police discovered a detached garage engulfed in flames. Responding firefighters were able to extinguish the fire. The garage was unoccupied and no injuries were reported. The fire was not deemed suspicious but remains under investigation.

New Jersey is experiencing a 23.4% decline in unsheltered homelessness, according to the state’s Department of Community Affairs (DCA).
