CONCORD, N.H. — Nearly 50 years ago, a Concord woman was found strangled to death in her apartment. The case remains unsolved. Judy Lord, 22, was last seen alive at about 10:30 p.m. on May 19, 1975. The Highland Lake Loons Have Returned
The Highland Lake loons arrived back after an early ice-out on March 17th. I was able to confirm in early May that the nesting pair- banded a few years back – are in fact the pair occupying the territory. Both have blue over silver bands on the right leg. He has green on the left – she has yellow over red on her left. This does not mean that other loons won’t be seen coming and going on the lake. It does mean that this pair will most likely nest.

NEW BOSTON, N.H. — A New York man has been extradited back to New Hampshire after being arrested for an alleged nationwide scam that stole more than $200,000. The New Boston Police Department said they took custody of Oumar Diallo, 22, from Bronx, New York after he was arrested in April by the Redondo Beach, California Police Department.
