Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Henderson Police have arrested a man they say fatally struck and killed another man on Sunday morning, then fled the scene.
Police say that 48-year-old Devon Cordova lost control of his pickup truck near Sunset and Annie Oakley around 5:30am and hit a man at a bus stop. They then say Cordova drove away from the area.
Cordova’s truck was located in a nearby shopping center parking lot a short time later and he was taken into custody. He faces a number of charges, including Felony Reckless Driving Resulting in Death.
The man Cordova is charged with hitting has yet to be identified.
