Don’t panic if you see smoke today near Healdsburg and Geyserville. Pile burns are scheduled today at Modini Preserve in Healdsburg between 10 AM and 3 PM. It will happen within a two-acre area and is meant to reduce the risk of wildfires by burning downed vegetation and fuels. Audubon Canyon Ranch officials says they will have appropriate staffing and resources on site until they done. Burns are subject to change due to weather conditions.
