It was around 10:30 a.m. on April 11 when Blaire Peterson, 41, of Wheeling Avenue, took to a second floor window of her residence, pointed what resembled a firearm at the 50-year-old man, and threatened to shoot and kill him if he did not “turn off the machine,” a criminal complaint alleges.
