EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (First Alert 4) - The westbound lanes of Interstate 55/64 from the interchange to the Poplar Street Bridge will be closed this weekend. The closure will begin at 9 p.m. on Friday and last until 5 a.m. Monday. During the closure, all westbound lanes and ramps to and from westbound I-55/64 within the project limits will be closed.
