Police: 2 New Jersey men charged in multistate chase involving stolen vehicle
Two New Jersey men have been charged in a chase that began in Connecticut and ended in Hastings.
 Ibn Foster, 18, and James Riley, 28, of Newark, were charged with criminal possession of stolen property
Stamford police attempted to stop a stolen 2019 Range Rover around 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver fled onto I-95 and then continued onto the Saw Mill River Parkway.
County police put down spike strips in the vicinity of Lawrence Street in Dobbs Ferry.
The driver continued to Cliff Street in Hastings where the two men abandoned the car. They were taken into custody on Dorchester Avenue a few minutes later.
