The Ford Bronco Raptor is quite a desirable off-roader but the long waiting list and steep prices of lightly used examples make it hard for interested parties to acquire one. However, if you really want a Bronco Raptor and running low on money, there is an alternative option as proven by the pictured low-mileage salvage title example.
According to the listing on IAAI, this 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor only had 481.8 miles (775 km) on the odometer when it got involved in an accident. The description suggests that a collision was the cause of the damage which unfortunately is not just cosmetic.

While the Ford Bronco Raptor looks OK from some angles with the exception of the flat tires, a view from the driver’s side reveals the extent of the damage. The entire wheel is missing alongside parts of the Raptor-specific suspension, making it look like the off-roader stumbled on a large rock.
Still, the twin-turbo 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 which produces 418 hp (312 kW / 424 PS), the 10-speed automatic gearbox, and the 4WD system are probably intact alongside the ladder-frame chassis. In terms of the bodywork, the driver’s door has been deformed, the front fender extensions are missing, the front bumper is scratched and the grille is cracked.
From the interior shots it appears that all airbags have been deployed, something that could significantly increase the repair bills. Still, IAAI’s estimated repair cost of $62,507 sounds excessive if you consider that the MSRP of a brand-new 2023 Ford Bronco R starts from $78,580.
In any case, the new owner of the vehicle will have to invest in spare parts and labor costs in order to get it back to a pristine condition. Another option would be to dismantle it and make money off selling individual parts, since most of them are as good as new.
