Man charged with Steubenville murder indicted
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — A man charged with a May 8 murder in Steubenville was indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury on Wednesday. The charges of murder, tampering with evidence and felony domestic violence against Kelsey Lee Henry, 23, of Oakmont Avenue, were handed down when the case was presented. The case had gone directly to the grand jury from the Steubenville Police investigation.
