UPDATE: Docs reveal new details in Harrison County drive-by shooting
GYPSY, W.Va (WDTV) - STORY UPDATE (6/1/23 at 11:35 a.m.)
Three people have now been charged in connection to a Harrison County drive-by shooting.
Troopers with the West Virginia State Police responded to the shooting on Friday, May 19.
Court documents say witnesses told troopers a white car stopped in front of a home on Second Street and 19-year-old Abigail Nestor, of Gypsy, got out of the car.
Troopers say witnesses saw 19-year-old Brandon Limberick, of Fairmont, fire several shots into the home from the roadway. No injuries were reported in the shooting.
During the investigation, troopers say Limberick texted Nestor before the shooting saying he was involved in an altercation near the home and was going to retrieve his “pole”, a term commonly referring to a firearm.
After the shooting, troopers say Limberick texted Nestor saying 19-year-old Kacy Lawlis, of Flemington, was going to pick her up from the home and to delete all text messages and not talk to law enforcement.
Nestor then told Lawlis to provide an alibi to the shooting, and Lawlis gave false information “regarding concealing her timeline and factual events of what occurred,” according to another criminal complaint.
Troopers say Lawlis then gave Nestor a ride after the shooting.
Lawlis was charged last week in connection to the shooting.

Limberick has been charged with wanton endangerment involving a firearm and conspiracy to inflict injury to person or property. He is being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $35,000 bond.
Nestor has been charged with conspiracy. She is being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Lawlis was charged with principle in the second degree before and after the face. She is out on bond.
ORIGINAL STORY (5/31/23 at 9:05 p.m.)
Two locals have been identified and arrested as suspects in a drive-by shooting in Harrison County.
West Virginia State Police say they were able to obtain arrest warrants for Brandon M. Limberick, 19, of Fairmont and Abigail R. Nestor, 19, of Gypsy. Both were wanted in connection with the shooting.
In a press release to 5 News Wednesday night, troopers confirmed Limberick and Nestor were both taken into custody without incident.
On Friday, May 19th, officers responded to the shooting in Gypsy.
When they arrived they found multiple gunshots had been fired into the residence from the roadway. No injuries were reported at the time.
There’s been no word on what charges Limberick and Nestor could be facing.
