Missing rideshare driver found dead inside his car in East Austin: APD
AUSTIN, Texas - A missing rideshare driver from Bell County was found dead in his car in East Austin, the Austin Police Department said. Ernest Anderson, 39, was last seen on April 11 in the Riverside Drive area, according to the Nolanville Police Department. At the time of last contact, Anderson was believed to be on his way to do an Uber pick-up.
Man held in shooting that followed Killeen traffic crash

Murder charges filed in Killeen Southside Dr. shooting
Killeen, Tx (FOX 44) – Bond has been set at a half-million dollars for a 22-year-old man now formally charged with murder in a Killeen Southside Drive homicide. Xavier Mason Stokes has been charged in the death of 33-year-old Tres Maurice Carter. Killeen Police were called to the 900 block of Southside Drive at 10:05 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, on a report of a shooting and found the victim.
