A German beer hall-style restaurant is poised to open this week in Bel Air’s former Black Eyed Suzie’s space.Das Bierhalle Bel Air owners Mel and Scott Bauer are soft-launching their new location to family and friends this week before officially opening to the public. The Bauers took over the space at 119 S.
