MARION COUNTY, Mo. —One person died in an accident just before 5:30p.m. Thursday in Marion County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1998 Honda VT 600CD driven by Davi L. Hall, 54, Hannibal, was southbound on County Road 430 just south of Hannibal fleeing police.
The motorcycle struck a northbound 2012 Ford Fusion driven by 18-year-old Makenzie R. Williams of Hannibal.
Hall was pronounced dead at the scene. Williams was not injured and properly restrained. Hall was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP. Authorities have not released details on what prompted the chase.
