This past season, Keegan Records averaged a career high 13 points per game, propelling Colgate men's basketball to its third straight NCAA Tournament. Now, the senior is entering his name into the transfer portal, according to a tweet from VerbalCommits this morning.
In 2023, Records started in all 35 games for the Raiders. The South Kingstown, R.I. native was 1st team All-Patriot League, after scoring an aforementioned 13 points per contest and racking up six rebounds per game. Since his sophomore year, Records started in all but one game.
Records was apart of a special season for the Raiders. Colgate won a program record 26 games and a Patriot League record 17 games. 2023 ended in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, with an 81-61 loss to Texas in Des Moines, Iowa.
Records leaves Colgate with 1095 career points and 659 career rebounds, winning three Patriot League titles. He has one year of eligibility remaining.
