Memorial Day: new veterans monument in Hamburg

Now to the true meaning of this Memorial Day weekend, remembering all the service and sacrifices made by local military veterans.

A new Eternal Flame Monument was dedicated Saturday morning at Lakeside Cemetery in Hamburg.

The new monument includes a glass flame custom blown in Corning.

This is the result of a two year project made possible by the generous support of the West Herr Automotive Group.
