Cassie L. Farr, 26, of 635 Philadelphia Court, Philadelphia, was charged by Watertown police at 3:02 a.m. Monday, June 3, in the 200 block of Mechanic Street with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies. Police allege Farr possessed 1/8 of an ounce of methamphetamine and “Hello Kitty” metal knuckles with pointed ears in her right rear pocket. Farr allegedly struck Scot A. Morrison, 42, in his chest by using the metal knuckle weapon causing redness, swelling and a small puncture wounds during a domestic incident at about 2:10 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Mechanic Street, according to court documents. Police said she was previously convicted of third-degree burglary on June 24, 2020. Farr was held for arraignment in City Court and ordered held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $5,000 cash bail.
