NEWPORT, N.H. (WCAX) - A cold case from the 1980s is heating up again as New Hampshire authorities renew searches in the so-called Connecticut River Valley serial killer case. Jane Boroski survived after being stabbed 27 times in Swanzey back in 1988. She was seven months pregnant at the time. No suspect was identified and officials haven’t confirmed a connection to the other unsolved cases, but it’s eerily similar to others in the region from that time.
