Ogeechee OB/Gyn welcomes Dr. Sydney O’Malley back to Statesboro

2026-09-18Ogeechee OB/Gyn is excited to welcome Dr. Sydney O’Malley to its growing medical team, bringing a familiar face back to Statesboro while expanding access to comprehensive women’s healthcare throughout the region. Dr. O’Malley’s arrival has been several years in the making. She began planning to join Ogeechee OB/Gyn while completing her medical training and residency, with the goal of ultimately returning to a community that she and her family have long considered special. “We could not be more excited to welcome Dr. O’Malley to our practice and back to Statesboro,” said Dr. James Small of Ogeechee OB/Gyn . “We have been looking forward to this for several years while Sydney completed her residency.
