The Shreveport City Council has proposed moving up closing time at bars by two hours. Bar owners are not happy. The city council on Tuesday introduced an ordinance that would require bars stop selling alcohol two hours sooner than they currently are allowed, a move Shreveport bar owners showed up Tuesday to protest.
