Another 25-story tower could be added to the Greenville skyline, competing with the Daniel Building as the city's tallest. The Gracie Plaza, once known as the Gateway Development, has been redesigned as a single tower instead of two connected ones. The city’s Design Review Board approved the project last summer and has been in the works for at least two years.
Trial begins for suspect in Fountain Inn woman’s murder
FOUNTAIN INN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The murder trial began Tuesday for the Upstate man accused of killing a woman who went missing in 2021. Billie Jean Cross, 58, was reported missing by her family on Dec. 10, 2021. Four days later, deputies found Cross’s body in a wooded area of Starr, 40 miles away from her Fountain Inn home.
