Grab a bite at Kibi’s Crazy Casserole in the Triad

The vision comes from the owner, Valda Ford’s, mother’s secretive casserole recipe.

After Ford’s mother passed away, the family sought comfort in recreating the recipes she once made to fill the void she left.

One day, Ford was hosting a dinner party and was in a bind after realizing the lack of ingredients she had to make her mother’s squash casserole.

A few changes were made to the recipe to make due, and Kibi’s Crazy Casserole was born.

The business is named after Ford’s son, Kibi. The vision for the business came together during the pandemic after a tragic accident forced Kibi out of work for a year.

Thanks to the support and pushing of her son, Ford and him opened the family business.

Their signature dish, Kibi’s Crazy Casserole is a mix of zucchini, yellow squash, onions, garlic and more topped with cheese.

They also offer bacon and sausage variants of the casserole.
