Chesnut Cheering At Tennessee Tech

Abigail Chesnut, a 2023 Greeneville High grad, made her home game debut for the Tennessee Tech University spirit squad during the Golden Eagles’ 20-7 football loss against North Alabama on Saturday.

Chesnut graduated from Greeneville with academic honors. She is majoring in nursing at Tennessee Tech and plans to become a nurse practitioner.

Chesnut began dancing at the age of two at Central Ballet Studio and began competing dance at a young age with Main Street Dance Company. She was named an All-American Dancer through Varsity.

While attending Greeneville Middle School and Greeneville High, Chesnut was a member of Greeneville’s dance team.
