2:48pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident on 250th Street near W Avenue. Stephen Bailey 30 of Churdan lost control of a 2016 Kenworth Cement mixer on 250th Street near W Avenue. Stephen was cited for failure to maintain control. The estimated damage to the mixer is 50,000 dollars.

3:00pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 300 block of D Avenue.

3:55pm: Bruce King 61 of Dayton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
